Thunderstorm Forming in the Monitor Valley
As is typical during the month of May, thunderstorms began to develop by noon while I drove down the Monitor Valley Scenic Drive. And these storms form FAST. Within a half an hour, it was raining heavily with thunder and lightning everywhere. Typically the storms form over the mountains than move over the valley.
